What is the return policy?
Although goods functionalities had been 100% inspected at least 2 times in production,Juson Audio still insists in 100% inspecting to make sure product works well before shipping.Besides,we have our warranty policies:
1. Free repairing service for 24months from the date it was received(Excluding those man-made damaged and/or mis-used).For tubes parts, it will be 3months warranty.
1.1 Defective units MUST BE reported by photos,videos and/or others which can approve the problems and returned within warranty.1.2 You need to submit tracking number and issue the PO number after arranged returns with original packages.1.3 After the warranty expired,Juson Audio teams are super willing to offer technical supports online to help you to repair the product.
2. You have 7 days to contact us and 15 days to return it from the date it was received, lf this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOUR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.After 15days,Juson Audio will provide 24months warranty.
