1. Shipping Area
We offer free worldwide shipping, except for certain regions such as Ukraine and Russia, where our services are currently unavailable. Customers from these non-shipping areas may not be able to complete the checkout process. If you have access to local logistics solutions, please contact our service team for assistance.
2. Shipping Time & Methods
Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within one business day.
For in-stock orders: Shipping is initiated within 1–2 business days.
For pre-sale orders: Please refer to the product page for the most up-to-date shipping timeline.
If there is any shipping delay caused by inventory issue, we will notify our customer at the earliest opportunity.
The shipping method varies by destination to ensure efficient and reliable delivery. To expedite shipping, we may split orders with multiple items into separate packages. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends. Delivery timelines may be affected by external factors such as weather, traffic disruptions, holidays, customs policies, or other unforeseen events. If your shipment is delayed, please contact our service team for updated tracking info.
Return Policy
✓ 30-Day Free Return
At Fosi Audio, we always strive for the highest customer satisfaction. For products purchased on the Fosi Audio Official Stores, if you are dissatisfied with the product or if it has any defects, you can request a return or refund.
The 30-day period starts from the day you receive the item; for any reason whatsoever, undamaged products can be returned for a full refund. Once the returned items are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse, the refund process will be initiated.
Items must be in their original packaging. For non-quality related return requests, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns that do not meet the above requirements may be rejected.
Note: For non-quality-related returns, if a customer has made more than five (5) such return requests, any subsequent returns will require the customer to cover the return shipping costs, and a handling and restocking fee may be deducted from the refund.
This policy is intended to ensure fair use of our free trial program and to maintain a high standard of service for all customers.
We cover return shipping costs for the following situations:
- Defective parts.
- Damaged equipment.
- Incorrectly shipped items.
*For products obtained through local authorized retailers or physical store purchases, our 30-Day Free Return program does not apply. Should you require assistance, please directly consult your original point of purchase. All post-purchase services and fulfillment processes remain subject to the policies established by the selling entity that initially completed your transaction.
How can I initiate a return or cancel?
- Please contact Fosi Audio customer support to initiate the return. Explain the reason for the return and provide the invoice or screen capture to confirm the order number.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of order placement.
Cancellations After 24 Hours.
For cancellation requests received more than 24 hours after order placement, the refund will be processed after deducting actual round-trip shipping costs, including both outbound and return shipping fees.

To ensure smooth and efficient processing, Fosi Audio provides regional return warehouses in the United States and across the European Union. Customers in these areas can return their products to a local facility for faster handling.
For customers outside of the U.S. and EU, returns are typically directed to our central warehouse in China. Detailed return instructions, including the correct return address, will be provided once your request is approved.
